It was truly a pleasure working with Arizona Pristine Roofing for my home/office's roof replacement. I had a shingle roof and a flat roof and they did great with both. I couldn't say enough great things about this company! What a pleasure to work with! I couldn't believe how quickly they got this done, one day! And I would like to also mention the efficiency as to which they got it done. As they began to work, I was feeling like there's no way that they're gonna get this done in a day,. There was debris and nails everywhere and thought they would at least have to come back the next day to button things up, but they were so clean from start to finish! I thought we'd be finding nails for years to come, maybe a flat tire...Woke up the next morning to check things out and to my surprise, it was like they were never there at all! So impressed! The owner, Chris was fantastic, so knowledgeable and put all our concerns at ease as this was the first time we had done something like this and had no idea what we were getting into. What an amazing company! My mother needed to have her roof replaced so we went through a few different companies who all said the insurance would not cover it. When I reached out to Arizona Pristine Roofing and told them that other roofers said the insurance wouldn't cover it & we just wanted a quote, they pointed out several areas where there was hail damage from a few months ago. The insurance did fight it and it took several weeks of APR sending proof to the insurance via video and samples but finally they were able to get the insurance to cover it. They really fought for my mom and her house. They were very kind to my mother and explained every step to both of us. Even worked after hours and on the weekend to get the information needed. If you want a reputable company with stellar customer service, grit, and immaculate craftsmanship, this is the company for you!
